JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Experience Coordinator position is an extremely important position within Innovative Air Solutions. This position is the primary liaison between the Customers and Service/Sales/Installation Departments. There is a dual primary role for this position. Create and maintain constant communication between the customer and the company. We expect perfect communication, so the customer and our team are fully aware of installation date status, backorders, delays, and scheduling. The Customer Experience Coordinator will help the Installation Manager oversee the Installation schedule and ensure customers are confirmed and notified of upcoming installation dates. This position will also be responsible for booking and confirming Sales Leads for Comfort Advisors and screening the initial Heat Load Sales Call to set up each Comfort Advisor for success before they meet with the customer. The Customer Experience Coordinator will also ensure all customers have received a 5-star experience after we have left their home by following up with a Happy Call and any upset customers will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
This position will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all memberships in the company, while promoting, selling, upgrading, and educating our potential and existing customers on the benefits of our Membership programs. The Customer Experience Coordinator will also ensure that Customers Credit Cards continually stay updated and expired Credit Cards are deleted and replaced with a current valid number. This position will be responsible for maintaining our database to promoting client retention, developing growth, and strategies for continued sustainability. The Membership Coordinator will also ensure membership payments/balances stay up to date.
This position will also assist in taking incoming customers calls and directing them to the appropriate department and assist Dispatch/CSR in booking jobs for service and sales.
Work Hours are Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some weekend work may be necessary. This can usually be forecasted.
Hourly Pay: Starts at $14.00 or DOE with monthly SPIFF incentives.

Explain Warranty of Equipment to Customers
Work with Dispatch/CSR on Monthly Membership Renewals and New Sales
Complete Calls to Customers on Unsold Estimates
Work with Dispatch/CSR on Calls to Customers on Expired Memberships
Work with Dispatch/CSR on Calls to Customers on Expired Credit Cards
Backup to Dispatch/CSR during busy season and on lunch breaks
Maintain Customer Database Accuracy
Schedule Sales Calls for Comfort Advisors and follow a script of questions to ask customer
Ensure Comfort Advisors are set up for success before each Sales Call
Preapprove Customers for Financing and have an understanding of financing rates
Understand Vendor Rebates and Promotions that are Active
Coordinate with Sales Department/Warehouse/Installation on Installation Scheduling
Scheduling Installation Appointments with Customers and Notify in Advance on Scheduled Date/Delays/Job Completion
Ensure Permits are pulled for required installation jobs

Lead Installer and Installation Apprentice:
We’re looking for HVAC Lead Installers and Install Apprentices to grow with us!
Experience is preferred but not necessary.However, the ideal applicant will, be clean cut, no drugs, neat appearance, great attitude, punctual and have good work experience in framing, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical.
This is a full-time position with paid training, bonuses, paid vacation, paid sick time, 6 paid holidays per year, and health insurance.

The ideal candidate for this position should have some experience with residential equipment, as well as light commercial equipment.
Experience with refrigeration is also a plus, but not required.
This is a full-time position with overtime available, some weekends/on-call shifts are required.Work truck, phone, and iPad will be provided.
