“After 2 1/2 years I finally contacted Innovative Air solutions for a maintenance plan for the unit they installed following our total rebuild after hurricane Harvey. Chris came out today to inspect the system. He called ahead of time and arrived when scheduled. He was very courteous and professional and gave me a step-by-step description of what the plan entailed. I am careful to keep ants away from the outside unit but little did I know, they had built a huge mound inside where I could not see it. Chris removed the panels and showed me the problem. He explained what type of electrical issues I would be facing if it had gone unnoticed. He removed the ants, totally cleaned the unit and gave it a thorough inspection, including the air handler that is in my attic. He insured the drain lines were clear and free of algae. He obviously knew his business and was happy to convey his knowledge to me in a manner I could easily understand. He saved me from a potentially costly repair in the future. Thank you Chris and Innovative Air Solutions for a job well done. See you in six months.
